United States

International Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Tracking updates may take 2β5 business days to appear in carrier systems.

β’ APO/FPO addresses
β’ Countries restricted by carriers or customs regulations
Certain oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for all destinations.
π¦ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We package all orders securely, but rare issues may occur during transit.
Lost Packages (In Transit)
If a package shows no tracking movement for 30 days or is confirmed lost by the carrier:
β We will replace or refund the order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
β’ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
β’ Include clear photos or video of the damage
β We will replace or refund at no cost
Stolen Packages (Marked βDeliveredβ)
If tracking shows βDeliveredβ but the package is missing (porch theft):
β’ We are not responsible for stolen packages
β’ A claim must be filed directly with the carrier
β’ We will assist where reasonable, but cannot guarantee compensation
π Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal:
β’ Refunds are issued only after the product is returned to us (if applicable)
β’ Reshipping fees may apply
π Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and additional charges imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.
