PANDA CART – Refunds Policy

At PANDA CART, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before submitting a request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided (order number)

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital products (downloads, subscriptions)
• Perishable or time-sensitive items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us:

Include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photo or video evidence (required for defective, damaged, or incorrect items)

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

• Approval or denial
• The correct return address
• Exact return instructions

⚠ Do not send any item back before receiving our Return Authorization.
⚠ Some returns may be sent to international fulfillment centers depending on the product.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after:
1. The return request is approved
2. The returned item is received and inspected at the supplier’s facility (if required)

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Funds are returned to the original payment method
• Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

• Defective items
• Damaged items
• Incorrect size, color, or product received

In some cases, the supplier may approve an exchange without requiring a return.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, PANDA CART covers return shipping or sends a replacement at no cost

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
